Provision Title II: Crown
Article IV:
§ Section (1): The Crown is established as a permanent unending legal Sovereign entity for this Federal Government of Samuel Adams as an inalienable right never to be dispensed with or overthrown. It is a permanent and perpetual feature of this lands, sea, space, and its People.
§ Section (2): The Empress or rightful Emperor is the Head of State, the Lord Commander and Chief of all the Militaries, and the symbol of national unity and permanence.
